These terms apply to your use of the website startwith.ae (“the site”, “we”, “us”). If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

2. What the site is

startwith.ae is an independent comparison and information website about setting up a company in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a government authority, licensing body, bank or law firm, and we are not affiliated with any free zone, authority or provider listed unless we clearly say so.

3. Information only — not advice

Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal, tax, immigration, accounting or financial advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. Get professional advice before making decisions that depend on it.

4. Accuracy of prices and information

We take prices, packages and activity lists from official sources and show the date each was checked. Authorities change their fees, packages and rules without notice, so information may be out of date or incomplete. Always confirm the current price and requirements with the official authority before you pay. We do not guarantee that any licence, visa, approval or bank account will be granted.

5. Help from our setup team and third parties

If you contact us for help, any service, fee and timeline will be agreed with you directly before work starts. Where we introduce you to a free zone, bank, payment provider or other third party, your contract is with that party and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for their services, decisions or fees.

6. Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal or business research. You must not misuse it — for example by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy large parts of its data for republishing — without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design and compiled data belong to startwith.ae. Names, logos and trademarks of free zones, banks and other organisations belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them; showing them does not mean those organisations endorse us.

8. Links to other websites

We link to official and third-party websites for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
